1. Bookings
All bookings must be made through our official website, or our SAFETY CAB contact number. Customer is responsible for providing correct pickup/drop-off information. Our services are available 24/7, subject to availability.
2. Pricing & Payment
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and service type. Payments must be made via approved payment methods (cash, card, or online).
3. Passenger Conduct
We expect respectful behavior towards our drivers and staff. Passengers must wear seatbelts and behave respectfully. Damage to vehicles caused by passengers will result in charges.
4. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers are fully licensed, insured, and trained. Drivers may refuse service to intoxicated or abusive passengers.
5. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Liability
SAFETY CAB is not liable for any delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel a booking according to our cancellation policy, which may include cancellation fees. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.
